In this part , we advance our coaching by developing the skill to uncover the client unique motivational structures. We deepen our ability to handle and overcome objections. We also leverage the power of values in enabling commitment and follow through.

The Advanced Course Part 1 - Integration
Skills and approaches organized around the core essential question: “How would you know you’ve achieved it?”
In this part, we focus on how people experience success. We move through completion, including testing of skills and competencies in which the topics of all Parts fall into place to complete the bigger picture of integrated Solution-Focused Coaching.

you will not need additional training hours, 128 hours that you already got will be enough! You will just need to complete the Level 2 Mentor Bundle.

What Other Information Should You Be Aware of When Studying at Erickson?
FAQ
First and foremost, we would like to emphasise that choosing a specialisation in coaching is not mandatory at all. Upon completing training at Erickson, you, as a coach, have the flexibility to work with inquiries from various fields. As you gain experience and practice, you will be able to pinpoint the most engaging niches for yourself and focus on those areas.
Erickson does not provide you clients during training, as prospecting is an additional skill that our students practice during training. As part of the program, our students are required to work in teams of three with assistants, and after completing the first module they can begin to practice with clients. We would be happy to share our own experience of finding our first coaching clients!
ICF stands for International Coaching Federation. It is the leading organization of coaches and coach education institutions worldwide. ICF is dedicated to maintaining high standards through independent certification and establishing a global network of skilled coaching professionals.
The Level 1 program is accredited by ICF, which means that upon completion, you can receive an ACC ICF certificate. To obtain this certificate, you must accumulate an additional 100 hours of practice and pass the ICF test.
